One of the advantages of Toyota Red coolant. When it leaks and dries,
it leaves a crusty, pink tell-trail. You can't miss it. I've spotted
the most minute leak on some of my Toyotas. No leaks yet on the 505.

I had a problem like this and Joe is correct, they are hard to find.
Mine was a leaking waterpump and the coolant was evaporating before it
ran down the front of the engine. I only found it when the waterpump
shaft baring went.
