Going down the road, cooling system in good condition. most cars run between
8 and 9 O'Clock, idling or heavy slow traffic, the fan should start between
9 and 10 . If it goes higher than 10 O'clock, something is not right, wether
it is the guage or the cooling system, that has to be determined.

stays at "9 o'clock", but I've been told it should be at the "10 o'clock"
white line mark. The way the marking lines are set up seems odd.
