[Peugeot-L] 1985 505S Wagon Horn Problem

Hello everyone, I am getting my newly acquired 1985 505S Wagon XN6 up and running, and after I install the starter, it will be running again. Here is my most pressing problem...when I try to honk the horn by pushing in the turn signal handle, the light for the ignition key turns on, not the horn. Does this mean a simple turn signal switch, or some wiring somewhere else?
