I took off the top trim covers from the shifter and with some WD40
and a few minutes of jiggling the lever, was able to at least move
it out of park. Lucky I only had to move the car a few feet as the
brakes were gone, both foot and hand brake, and the accelerator
pedal was sticking open. On the positive side, it started up quite
quickly after not having been run in over 3 years and without having
any fuel stabilizer, and it moved by itself so the transmission
didn't leak much.
