It sounds like you might have a draw somewhere. To test for one, remove the negative
battery cable, and taking a test light, connect one of the leads to the loose cable, and the
other lead to the negative battery terminal. If it lights up, you have a draw.
You then start pulling fuses to isolate which circuit in which your problem resides. Once
you find that, start looking at things on that fuse circuit.
I had a trunk light that was staying on, and was able to find the problem right away using
this method.
