  On the climate control, sometimes the sensor can be fooled. The air inlet is the little opening on the dash. If the sun heats up the dash, for instance, the air going in can be higher than normal, tricking the sensor.

   My brother-in-law's new Jag has one of them located on the inside of the front pillar- out of the sun.

   Another thing to know about that system is that it relies on air ciculation to do it's job. Meaning, it needs the fan. It is especially critical to have the fan going when running the a/ c.

  Try keeping the fan above that lower speed range and see if it still does it.

   I love the system. Many cars don't have it.
