I'm having the same problem. I was thinking maybe the valve that keeps the hot coolant out of the core is not doing its job. More likely tough it's the electronics, maybe a cold solder joint or something. It's particularly remarkable on a 505 turbo, as the engine has no problem feeding all the BTUs you can dispense in the cabin. And you cant always drive around with the windows open. I know I got to figure it out before summer gets here.
