Most reasonably sized towns have a speedo shop that will rebuild your old speedo and recalibrate it. If you can't find a local shop, there's always North Hollywood speedo in L.A. I don't know their address , but they probably have a web site; or you could probably find an ad in a classic car magazine, especially Hemmings.

They are good mechanics but not cheap. A new Honda
over 10 years would cost less than keeping the Mi16 running
for 10 years with Cerrone service.
