hey:
Bosch didn't have anything to do with the 505 sunroof cables, or the 505 front turn signals,
or the 405 heater motors or flaps, or the crappy 405 alternators and their wiring or the 405 sunroof contraption.
Not since the first generation 505 turbo injection ecu glitches have I any complaints
Onagainst Bosch. In fact the 405 engine management systems suffers from 1 fault...
i.e. how and where the brain trust at Peugeot mounted the engine ecu.
I suspect that PSA went with supplies that were cheaper than Bosch and that is where
the trouble started.

I'd bet this has more to do with Bosch or Valeo than with Mercedes and Peugeot.
Notice that the top performers, Toyota, use their own electrics....
