Hello All,
One for the technical gurus amongst us.
A friend (no really, not my completely reliable 505 that I spoke of in
another thread :o) ) has an '85 505 N9T that has been giving some
trouble for some time now. It was an intermittent problem of starting
on turn over but dying as soon as the key is let off. We have fussed
with tachymetric injection and ignition relays. All seem to have
temporarily cured the problem but now it is back again and switching
out the above mentioned components for brand new items has no effect.
We also bypassed the tachymetric with jumpers and the same thing
happens. Any ideas?
Regards
John Parsons
