Peugeot diesel engines are also now in...VOLVOS. volvo has just had its most successful year ever, at 460,000 cars. more than half of all its cars sold in europe are diesels, and two engines of the diesel choices are the superior PSA/Ford diesel 4 cylinders, in 1.6 liters and 2.liters. The 2. liter will now be manufactured at the 65 year old Volvo engine factory in Skövde.
