As far as I know, Package was sent to the incorrect address due a mistake.
Package should by received on Tuesday by DHL.

ad if that's the case). And even then, PayPal will only refund some
portion of your loss up to $200. They will investigate the issue for
you, but it takes forever and is rarely conclusive.
The best route is to always pay using a credit card through your
PayPal account. Most credit card companies have their own buyer
protection policies, and will refund %100 when you get burned.
