[Peugeot-L] 405 Mi16 5 speed transmission fluid

Hi all,
I recently purchased a 405 mi16. The transmission is quite clunky when the car is cold. There's a bad notch into second gear and third feels a little less than satisfactory as well. When things heat up to running temperature, the shift quality gradually improves and reaches an acceptable level. I know there's probably not all that much that can be done but I'm wondering what kind of lubricant others have found to work well in this particular application. My 505 responded well to a couple transmission lube changes and I'm hoping the 405 will do the same! Let me know what you guys are running for transmission fluid in your mi16's and what kind of success you've had. Thanks!

~Trevor
