Hey, if the peugeot mechanic says 60, what the heck, go for it! I did
mine to 65 and after 20k miles it doesn't seem to be complaining or
leaking. It turns out the 90 degree final torque ends up being 60 to 65
ftlbs. ( I used a torque wrench and a dial indicator). And!... it needs
to be retorqued after 600 to 1000 miles and then every 15000 or so
(frequency depending on who you talk to).
