And if you successfully contest something with your credit card
company, PayPal will probably close your account.
There's a reason they got sued (I will not even begin to rant about
how rediculous the settlement is).
If you're concerned and it's a small amount of money, use a USPS money
order. Unlike PayPal (one of the most popular scams I've ever come
across), the USPS takes fraud very seriously (mail fraud is a serious
felony).
If you're concerned, and it's a larger amount of money.. use an
independent escrow company. Period.
Dealing with eBay is bad enough, but their PayPall b.s. is not worth
anyone's time.
