Don;t know much about that type of inyection, but early 90s volkswagens had a failure mode simmilar to that. If the ground to the engine was mising, the starter grounded via the ECU and made it fail in a way the inyectors stuck open.

Its looks to me your inyectors are stuck open. Maybe the ECU is shot. Maybe the MAF sensor is stuck open in some way, maybe and electrical ground failed.
