The car is getting some interest.
1977 Peugeot 504 gas 4speed. This car is a true survivor. Perhaps you owned
one or a family member had a Peugeot, mine did. I purchased this 504 last
year from its original owner in California. The car is clean. The car is
well maintained and I fixed only a few things. The white paint has been
recently painted. It is ok and very presentable. As for the rust it is very
minimal. The California weather helped, the rocker panels are great as well
as other areas. There are little small bubbles on the lower passenger doors
and on the trunk. Photos of this are available but unlike other Peugeot's
this is a clean car.
The car has working a/c, p/s an upgraded stereo with electric antenna. The
mileage is correct at 118K. This is very low for a 28 year old car. The
clutch is fine and the sunroof unlike others has a new seal and doesn't
leak. The car has been upgraded to electronic ignition many years ago by the
original owner.
The interior was done in Black and is perfect. It was done well and there
are matching door panels. The headliner is good and is in nice shape.
Why am I selling it. I decided to restore my other 504 after it was hit by
my neighbor. I am selling this car for a nominal amount and want it to go to
a good home. The 504 is a very unique car and you will certainly enjoy it.
The car can be driven anywhere. However, the car is almost 28 years old so I
would not drive it in the Winter. The car is currently in storage in
Milwaukee, Wisconsin. I can store it for now but 50% of the bid must be
paid, while I keep the car.
