Peat,
I did check the voltage per the procedure on page F2.106 (1). I get
12.3V (12.3-12.4 directly at the battery). I also measured the
resistance on the connectors and get 6.2. I get 2.5 ohm from the
center pin on the injection relay to each of the pins at the connector
A. Once i reconnect that and measure the voltage, it's 8.9V. I'm
assuming this is all within specs.
Still no go. I noticed that when I went after trying to start, I
removed the filter to smell for gasoline, and it did a little bit. I
opened the oil filler cap to smell, and that is when I heard a faint
pssssss.... It stopped after a good while and I heard a few drops of
oil or gas, maybe hitting the oil in the pan. Injector leaking? I
really hate having to deal with the fuel side of things. I guess I
need to pull the fuel rail and pressurize the system and see what
happens... Unless you can think of anything else.
Of course as I'm doing all of that this morning, it's sleeting, what fun.
Francois
