Its only in the US there is such thing as suing the government. Down here
the government itself is very resistant to class actions and such.

Another US only situation. A 10 year old car is young relatively young in
Chile. Had not been for the 1992 law favoring newer cars, polution would be
out of hand as nobody would have bought a newer car until they were several
years old.
I have two cars, a 96 Golf and a 92 Peugeot 405, and would need 8 months sallary
to be able to afford either of them new.
