[Peugeot-L] OT- Can I fit this into a small french rental car?

My wife and I plan to take our bikes on an upcoming trip to France. It is of course my intention to rent a Citroen or Peugeot. It would be expedient to have a small car, but I need to fit my bike boxes into the back, two of them.

The boxes are 788mm wide, by 1118 mm long, by 305 mm high.

Can I fit these into a C2? a Peugeot 206? or must I go for something larger. The C2 looks like it has a nice square back and they might fit...
