There are 2 power lines for the radio, one that comes on with the key, and
the other is on all the time for memory/clock backup. This is the same
circuit that powers the locks.
If you have checked all the fuses (actually try REPLACING them, as sometimes
they will corrode and not be apparently blown), then I'd check the
connectors under the fusebox and the large spade connectors that made with
the 2 lines that are part of the positive battery cable. I've also seen the
positive terminal fail internally and go open on some of these wires, even
though the exterior looks perfect.
