That's what I've found on nearly every automaker's branded product, whether
Ford, Toyota or whatever. There's the retail price and it doesn't move from
there. That's OK.
I would think that a 3rd party drop off person would create a unfair and
unnecessary burden.
Just need a dealer that routinely ships to the US, I'd figure.

Not the problem to order the same parts also here in Germany.
Unfortunately Peugeot don´t gives much ( or any ) discount on
accessoires, even not to their dealers.
Have a good friend of mind from Gent/Belgium who visits his parents four
times a year in the USA. About that also a collection-order maybe to you
Koll could work from here...
