I found after successfully replacing the speedo gauge with a working
unit, I accidently moved the turbo needle "out side " of the at 'rest
range', when the engine is off, so it did not go into the RED ZONE, and
I knew it was boosting, when I was at speed, because I tacked out at
3000 rpm. Perhaps a simple adjustment of the needle might do the
trick- where is your turbo needle resting, now?
