Does the legal system in your jurisdiction allow no recourse to the
responsibility of the broadsider!?
In any case, consider carefully all the parts that are not damaged. I'd get
another very similar model and be grateful, at least, for a spare parts
trove. If accepting a hit in this car without damage to you worked, it could
be a safe, as well as enjoyable, car to continue driving.
