I would think that you can find someone local. I would suggest contacting Chris Adshead (http://www.chrisadshead.com/citroen.htm) who is very active in the local Citroen club. He might have a lead on a French car friendly restorer. I would also ask Marc ((604) 432-1060) he has also been in the business a long time.
