Graphite, don't get any on the headliner. Clean your tracks really well before applying

I've noticed on my 505 that the sunroof is "stuttering" when opening
and closing. It sounds like its time to lube it up. What types of
grease would be best for the sun roof rails?
On my old 505 I stained the headliner after the July sun heated up the
grease enough to make it run. (I used what I had around....axle
grease!)
