Hello,
I am Jake Mathis, I am 21, divorced, and a full time college student,
and dad. I live in Lake Charles, LA (about 2.5hrs to Houston/3.5 to
New Orleans) My current ride is a 1989 Peugeot 505S-BLUE/BLUE. I
also have a 1987 Peugeot 505 GLS parts car WHITE/BLUE. The 89 is my
first European car. It is also my 5th or 6th car. I love it and I am
very impressed. In the past, I hated working on cars, but with
"Veronika"-my car, I am working on or cleaning it every day. I
actually enjoy it.
Car problems:
Glove box "hangs"-tried to replace with 87model one but it is different.
broken muffler-will replace and retrofit from 87
RUST!!
Antenna Grommet-of course-working on solution though
Sunroof cable-of course-silicone, no hope.
Chest seat belts-frayed-will sew and repair.
some broken plastic bits.
