[Peugeot-L] 405 mi16 motronic diagnostic plug M720

I need to find connector M720 to diagnose a check engine light. I've looked all over the driver's side under the steering wheel and around the fuse box, looked in passengers side under the glove box. I just can't seem to find it. It's supposed to be a "2 pin green connector." At least that is what the PDF file I have says about it. Maybe it's not green?? I can't seem to find it. Any help would be appreciated. It's a 1989 405 mi16. Thanks in advance
