If this is the bushing that fits over the stud on the passenger side
you should be able to press it out with a socket and an overhead press,
or even a vise. For the other end, that is nestled into the ram I used
a piece of hardware store available copper (I think female to female)
plumbing pipe. You have to be careful with this as the ram is very
thin in one part and a mistake could cost you $200.
