We had the big honour to have Bob as visitor over here last year in
August when he was at the university of Amsterdam. I still make myself
reproaches because we had the chance to have another day together with
Bob but we had to care for a business-date and had no longer time :-/.
It was all-time-amazing to listen him, either as a Pug-enthusiast or as
a person with a very large knowledge in History.
Well said Joseph, Bob was different than the average - and exactly this
was his charme in any way. We experienced him as a all-time-friendly
person with a large range of tolerance. He was always helpful and a
ambassador for our common hobby.
We will hardly miss a friend....
