Here are the directions for the NW Peugeot meet in June. Hope we have
a high turnout!
On I'll mail periodic reminders as the time nears....

Time: Sunday, June 5th, 2005, 2pm
- Heading north from Seattle...
- Hwy I-5 north.
- Just north of Arlington take the exit for Bow-Edison, which is Hwy
11.
- Run north on Hwy 11 (it's as straight as a die) for about 5 - 7
miles
until you come to the intersection at Bow. This is marked by a general
store on the right hand side. Look for the green post and markers on the
left side of the intersection that point to Edison. Note: If you pass a
junk shop on your right with some birdbaths and lawn
sculptures, you've gone about 200 yds too far. If the road starts to
climb
and curve you've started up Chuckanut Drive and have gone about a mile
too
far.
- Turn left and proceed about 1.5 miles. You will run right into
Edison
(90 degree banked turns) and drive straight up to the Longhorn.
On
- Heading South from Vancouver...
- Hwy 99/I-5 south.
- At the south end of Bellingham take the exit for Chuckanut Drive.
- Proceed about 2 miles until you come to the first major intersection
(look for the scenic drive sign) and turn left.
- Follow Chuckanut drive for about 12 miles. After it finally flattens
out
and straightens, start looking for the junk shop on your left. Just past
that you'll come to the Bow intersection (general store on left).
- Turn right at the intersection and follow the road into Edison. You
will drive right up to the Longhorn.
Alternate, don't bother with Chuckanut. Just stay on I-5 until you see
the
Bow-Edison exit. Take it, then turn right (west). When you get to the
Bow
intersection, head straight through.
