FOR SALE: 87 STX (V6). 240,000 miles. Engine runs well. Never had any
internal work, just plugs, distributor, alternators and starter. Tranny is
excellent, replaced on warranty at 30,000 miles, right after I got the car
in 1990.
I seem to have a brake fluid leak that I can't find, so decided not to
drive it anymore, although it is still drivable. The body is pretty beat
with a crinkled left front fender, right rear door and B pillar damaged so
the door can't be used. Also the left quarter has had a bit of damage and
the paint in general is in really bad shape. Both front seat leather
coverings are worn out and torn. The windshield is worn and cracked. The
ABS no longer works. The AC compressor is in the trunk and cruise doesn't
work. The sun roof has been sealed shut
I think the engine and transmission are worth $250. The 15" alloy wheels
are good and the Michelin tires have some life also. I'll sell it for $300.

My alternative to finding a home for it is to donate it for a tax deduction.
