Thomas,
It should, if it is anything like my 505 STI or GL, be underneath the
steering wheel. You will probably have to remove the plastic to get to
it. If there is an actual fuse for this system in the fuse box check
it first. If there is power to the relay and it is working you will be
able to physically feel it every time you activate the system by
pulling up (or pushing down) the driver's door lock.
