[Peugeot-L] high beam non working

Alright, my wagon was failed on inspection today due to a non operational high beam. I dont know if/when it ever worked, as I dont Onthink I've ever used them. I know it passed inspection last year. So....

Where is the relay again for the high beams? Any other possibility? I have a feeling the stalk could be the problem too. In fact, I dont hear a click when pulling on it... Anybody been there done that?
