All the +12V feeds come from that little block near the battery 12V post. Start at the + post at the battery and follow the cable, you'll see the block. There are a few white wires, but look for the one labeled 1. There is also 1a etc. The crimp is probably oxydised. Or worse, the insulation is melted and it shorted and melted, or simply turned to green powder. Of course it's inside a loom sheath. Fun stuff (been there, done that). You might be able to simply run a new wire from the block to the fuse box. But do check it hasn't compromised the integrity of the insulation of other wires, else you might end up with bigger problems, like an electrical fire or a melted battery...
