I've always used H series headlamps in my Peugeots since 504's (wagon
and sedan). I currently have Hella 4x6's in my 505GL wagon and am very
pleased with the illumination. My favorite H4 was the Cibie Z beam 7"
that I had in a '69 Volvo 144S. I've been using Group 2 Motorsports in
Seattle for tire installation (re: Tire Rack) and Joe English, the
owner, has a good selection of Cibie.

I think Krys is a wizard, a kind, thoughtful, and civilized gentleman.
He just did the 150k service on my wagon in addition to new rotors and
pads on the front brakes. The car runs great and shifts much better
since he discovered a worn out 1st-2nd gear linkage and replaced it.

I took a 505S Diesel sedan that didn't pass emissions test to them
several years ago for a friend and they adjusted pump timing and the car
passed on next test.
Get the H4 lamps with the standard bulbs and enjoy your car.
