Mark,
68-70 404 wagons had Twinplex drum brakes without power assist, so
yours are probably stock. The Thermostable system with Hydrovac was
discontinued in 67. Tail lenses on wagons are very vulnerable to
damage; good ones are scarce. I probably have one or two which are
intact if I really look around.
