Remove center part of ac unit, LH side unit, allow RH part to hang down. Core is now visible. Remove screws at front corners. Pull core toward you It will slip out of slots in rear now only supported by hoses.Cut or disconnect heater hoses under hood and pull out core with hose stubs connected.O ring seal connecting hose flange to core is problematic. Use fat O rings- silicone will not do!!
