Stephen,

If memory serves me correctly you need to press and hod the band button for about 5 seconds and then try entering the code again. I no longer have a 405 so can not refer to manual or try on the car.

Subject: Need a little more help with my Mi16

I put a new battery in my Mi16 today, and went to put the radio code back in and it won't take it. I had just put it back in the other day when I was working on my firing problem. Any suggestions? I tried a few times and it just beeps when I get through like it usually would after putting in the code, but it still says "code" and does not come on...
