Does the car have ABS? (I'm guessing yes - but it may have been retrofitted
with a non-abs system) If so the line pressures *might* be too high for
copper lines to sustain. Are Peugeot copper lines being used from an older
car - or can he get new copper line specifically made for brake line use?
The old Peugeot's use copper and it's awesome - but again - if you have ABS
then I'd make sure line pressure doesn't exceed the recommended pressure
rating for the line.
Let us know what you decide.

Subject: RE: [Peugeot-L] Copper fuel lines??
Importance: High
Fuel lines on my 91 SW8 are very rusty and my mechanic wants to replace them
with copper. I seeem to recall he did that before on my '85 604.
Any problems, dangers, etc???
