Sasi, in this country I would say BULLSHIT! (male bovine excrement).

An "expert" would know that a more powerful fan (motor) is going to be larger and would not fit in the space available. If anything, he replaced the motor and bent the fan so that it is out of balance. Things do not fix themselves or get better with time. This is a scam and you should not allow it!
