I plan on running my 504 on vegi and/or bio down the road as well.
>From what I've been able to ascertain, the biggest issue will be the
old "rubber" in the fuel system. Where ever there is rubber and not
new synthetic materials (e.g. fuel lines) you'll need to replace it.
Apparently bio-D will cause it to swell and eventually burst. Second,
bio-D will clean your system out (fuel system, not the other...;) and
so in the early stages you'll need to change your fuel filter a few
times.
Good luck and let us know how it works.
