When you check your fuses, probe at the base of the fuse on that little
solder tab, tha will tell you wether or not the fuse is good and making good
contact with the board. The other possibility, the wiring is clamped onto
the board in the same fashion as the taillamp's circuit board, clean those
contacts and with a pick, you can tighten the prongs in the plug, as
recommended before, disconnect the battery before removing the board, it can
easily get nasty very quickly.
