We use it in aviation for all struts, and heavy/fast landing planes tires
due to the fact that there is no water to freeze and corrode the struts, and
for the tires because when they blow next to a brake fire, the nitrogen
doesn't help feed the flame, and could blow out the fire. Also a nice
effect of nitrogen is that is denser by itself and has a harder time getting
through the rubber than other gasses found in compressed air. I don't see
any real benefit for passenger cars over keeping on top of your tires
especially during times of temperature changes.
