it looks like this happens when the brakes warm up/i.e. disks and
pads are hot/. That's why it happens mainly when i am parking even
after a short journey, long enough to warm them up.
The "mechanic" claims it is safe, which I don't believe and it's
caused probably because the pads are not the proper size, which I
don't believe as well. There is small play up and down of the pads
in the beds approx 2-3 mm, but the springs are fine.
If that is a case it will happen on both sides, but the click is
audible on the right. At least it will change when I replaced the
pads. I don't think they vary in size. so the only thinks left is
most likely to be the size of the beds, the calliper itself or the
rubber springs on the guiding pins or the guiding pins itself or
their beds/guiding holes/ which is leading to replacement of the
calliper jaws.
Maybe it is time to replace the callipers, they are 11 years old.
So I am still in the dark territory.
