[Peugeot-L] 86 505GL Wagon : One headlight is dim.

Odd little thing--the passenger side headlight is about 50% dimmer than the drivers side.

I replaced the halogen sylvania sealed beam (US spec.) With a fresh one--

No improvement. is there a relay or something I can check?
