This is a question concerning a Cadillac I purchased this past year. The car
sat outside under a tarp for several years. The tarp stuck to the car in
several areas and stained the car. I have cleaned some of it with a 3m
product but it still looks bad in spots. Does anybody know what I can use to
remove it. The car has a great finish in other areas.
