For starters, I would be contacting Bosch, and asking if they have a
solution, since it was a Bosch plug. Perhaps it was faulty?
If you can get a left hand tap and bolt of the appropriate size, you
could thread the inside of the sparkplug, fit the bolt with a nut to
stop it going too far and locktite, let it set, then continue to do up
the bolt, which of course being a left hand thread, will attempt to undo
the sparkplug.
Also, I suggest easing off on the work-outs at the gym, I think you are
strong enough when you can shear sparkplugs off. 8¬)
