AW: AW: [Peugeot-L] 505 turbo - broken spark plug

Hi RAdu,

when it happened at my 505 Turbo the husband of my mother did the job with the spark-plug. He secured the engine with a piece of tissue and was able to get the rest of the spark-plug out of the coil easily ( he said ).

I also reclaimed at Bosch of course but I was told: The tools are thought to make 1 million plugs and they have no influence on the point that the 953,253th plug was not pressed properly. As a consumer you would think that they have to cover costs or work that were caused by a damage of their products - but they don´t mind as it seems...

Cheers

Jürgen

Thanks, Juergen. It's a Bosch plug, indeed. I got a large diameter easy-out, I'll give it a try. Nothing to lose, as the head was cracked and needed replacement anyway.
