Re: [Peugeot-L] need 7mm 1.0 pitch 2 inch studs

received a pair of sample 7 x 1 x 50mm bolts from Maryland Metrics in the mail yesterday -- a day after I called. grateful that such generosity is still much in evidence in companies like these...

Have already bolted in the slave cylinder and it seems nice and tight. Now need to bleed it and activate the clutch.

I appreciate all the offers of help. thanks.   anup

  hi anup,
I could ask around here if you need, fairly easy to find metric bolts in New Zealand, M7 is not that common though. From memory, some of the water pump bolts are long M7s?

And instead of using a bolt I am going to use a stud and nut configuration so as to tighten against the solid clutch slave rather than the frayed bellhousing nut holes. did use a tap to clean it out and refresh the threads.
